It was an absolute joy to work with Emily. I would characterize our working relationship as a collaborative partnership. She incorporated our style, preferences, and budgetary concerns while gently guiding us toward creative solutions reflective of more current design trends. She demonstrated excellent understanding of building codes and a unique talent for creating functional, pragmatic, and aesthetic family friendly spaces. In addition, communication was unfailingly responsive and timely, and she consistently delivered work products as promised.  By the end of the project, we saw her not only as an extremely talented, hard-working, and committed professional, but also as an adopted member of the family, and a highly valued neighbor and friend.
